Today, I sat in line at the drive-thru for 25 minutes after I had put cash into the tube along with my ID and my debit card to make this a quick process. There were no other cars in the drive-thru when I arrived. The employee told me that she had to handle the people in the lobby first. This company really needs to invest in having at least one person working the drive-thru and one person working the lobby. This has happened several times and even though this bank is very close to my house, I am probably going to have to just go somewhere else. I don't like spending my entire lunch hour making a deposit or doing something simple. It would be nice to be able to eat lunch on my lunch hour. Customer service is not their strong point.

I have stated several times the ATM does not accept cash deposits. It’s not working and been this way for at least 6 months. Complaining seems to fall on deaf ears. Now the inside is closed so you can’t even go in and make a deposit. Your forced to sit in the drive thru line. Luckily I have a vehicle but I can’t imagine what someone without a vehicle is supposed to do to deposit Cash in their bank account. I guess make an appointment. Please fix your ATM.

Every time I come to this bank it seems like there's 6 people deep in the lobby and you have to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through I'm going to look for a new bank would not recommend this one. Hire more people

I have been a customer of SunTrust for 35 years, and I will be closing my accounts as soon as I can get in to see someone. Since when does a bank not take a Cash deposit? Very unprofessional when I can’t make a deposit into my own account because the bank closed early, the ATM was not working and they wouldn’t take a cash deposit at the drive thru. Why do I even need a bank? I don’t. I’ll just get a prepaid debit card with no fees! What a shame .

The absolute worst banking experience of all times. We do business with three banks and received the most unprofessional, incompetent service. Please steer clear of the branch in Beverly Hills Florida.

This bank has had frequent computer glitches on my two accounts and it's hard to get them fixed. Nicole Davis in Beverly Hills branch is wonderful but some of the employees are having a hard time dealing with the merger problems. I never had issues with BB&T. I also was not told there's a $50 fee yearly on equity loan! I am going to take my accounts out of this huge bank as soon as I can and stick with Suncoast Credit Union.

Shame on you ‼️ I was in line today waiting of course . And over heard the teller making a phone call to a customer stating the bank gave her too much money that she would need to return the money or it will be taken out of her account .. I can’t believe what I was hearing. Why fault a person for something the WORKER did shame on this bank and their employees

I am begrudgingly even giving the beverly hills fl location one star. The tellers are very snotty. They act like they have their heads up blank blank. If you have time go up the road to the location by the publix off forest ridge. Much nicer location, they are quick and courteous as opposed to the location of lecanto highway by the winn dixie.
