So I came in today at 1:53pm. There were two customers including myself. Jada took me in. She told me to fill out paperwork ( which took me 2 minutes to do) and left me to go help two other customers who came and left the third is still here. No type of communication that she was going to make me wait or much of a heads-up. If this is what you make your employees do please stop. It's really bad service to tell them to leave someone hanging. I'm FINALLY being helped at 2:11pm. I'm already under much stress to be left felt like I'm not much of anything because someone else came in. Please check your cameras it's all there. There's a third employee in there which I'm assuming is a manager of some kind but not helping much. This seems quite backwards to have your employees running around doing half the work while you clearly have one more person to help lighten the load. I hear there are other places just like these to do business in. Meanwhile, it's 2:16 and she's back to helping the gentlemen next to me and I'm here waiting.... I assume I'll be getting out of here by maybe 3:15 ish... Please, I implore you to update the way you do customer service for it if wasn't for us all who are here on I'm assuming quite under a lot of stress due to the type of services you provide, you wouldn't be in business. As much as I am thankful for your type of business, this is not the way to treat people. On both sides.

Some woman at the amscot they hired is responsible for everyone's money but you can't even understand her because she doesn't speak English AT ALL .that's not the problem. I called up there and they approved me 500$ then I had to ride my bike up there for her to literally throw my id on the ground and act like I didn't notice. Super unprofessional I will NEVER go to amscot again you've lost a customer of ten plus years over this, she deserves to be fired immediately.

Wasted 2 trips to this place to get a simple notary that they claim to service 24hrs a day. First time staff's notary stamp had expired. Second time staff was unable to help get an affidavit notorized. Gentleman that helped tonight was at least kind about it.

Please don’t go to Amscot to make a payment because they won’t respond if they mistakenly made a payment to the wrong account. On 8/4/2021 at this Amscot location in Altomente Springs, an employee made a payment to my utility bill INSTEAD of my lot rent on 8/4/2021 at exactly 11 pm (Window D28).
Today, it is October 19th, 2021 and Amscot is only refunding me the money that I paid but not the late fees accrued because the employee at Amscot didn’t pay the correct account for my lot rent.
So, now, there is $449.98 difference that I have to pay out of pocket for late fees accrued because an employee wasn’t paying attention and paid the wrong account.
I am so very very angry with the way Amscot is handling things right now. Corporate was contacted and I even spoke to a person by the name of David who refused to correct the issue even with the letters that was stating that I owed that much more for late fees. It specifically said on the letter that is owed that much for more for not paying August rent and he stated that I’m being charged for other things. These people are thieves and are not being held responsible of an Amscot employee makes a mistake.
Please think about it twice before coming to Amscot to make any type of payment. They will not respond to you for any mistakes that are made by an employee of there’s.

It's in an ideal location across the street from Best Buy. During the holidays or even a special day you can Western Union to send or receive cash. Then walk to Best Buy with little to no effort for a great gift for your loved one or find an ideal home appliance. Do not forget you may ask for a small loan you can pay back within a week & have your paycheck cashed if you don't have direct deposit to your local bank.

Just like the people who have already commented have said, the lady at the front could barely speak english. After deciding to not waste anymore of my time, I left. lol definitely not desperate to do business with these guys.
