I love the product idea, however I miss entered my social and wasn't told until I went to send money and it was cancelled. I was told to apply again, but when I asked how to do that, no one has responded to me. They were able to take care of my issue with help from their banking partner and I was able to access my money.

glance capital use to be good you would call, and someone would pick up and you would email and they would email you back i can't log in to my account or even get someone to help me. but you want me to pay my bill. I was told I would be taken care of after the updating for being a good customer but I can't get anyone to help me or answer the phone have left message after message.

I recommend those looking for a second chance or try to establish a new relationship with a FI to try Glance Capital. I am a 1099 employee and get paid weekly. I was able to set up my direct deposit to Glance and receive a LOC that has definitely saved the day! Their website is straight forward and easy to use. I believe they do not have a mobile app yet but once they do banking with them will be even more seamless. This is a real review from a real person for those that may be skeptical.

I haven't even had Glance for a year and have encountered a big issue. For the past three months, I haven't been able to log into my account... on the web or via the app. All I want to do is make a payment. I've also found out that the phone number listed online is no longer a working number. I was enjoying Glance up until this happened. What's the deal Glance?

So I believe they have closed the business. I have been trying to contact them for several months now, and nothing. I did receive a large line of credit that is now maxed out because my payments were not applied to my account. I’m not mad at them because at this point it was free money. (Shrugs)
