I have banked with New England FCU/Finex Credit Union since 2010. They have always treated me fairly, provided services swiftly and effectively. Mary S. has proven herself invaluable to me, especially while I have been traveling.

I have been a member for many years, and unfortunately, with the change to Finex from First New England Federal Credit Union, the customer service has declined significantly. They no longer have in person tellers, as they went to video tellers with the change. Also, you can never get anyone on the phone, they want you to text or email them, stating they will call back within the hour, but that never happens. I never review things, however, this credit union is terrible and others should know so they don't join. Worst customer service ever!

I have been a customer at First New England/Finex since about 1989 and for the most part they have been a good bank. Many times when I needed financial services, loans, ect, I was treated fairly. Its a smaller bank but for me the service has been fine and my requests always processed in a timely manor.

I have been a member of Finex for many years, but I have been even more impressed with service during this crisis. Nancy Maloney was wonderful, very prompt, and handled my request with professionalism and compassion. Thank-you Nancy and Finex!

This was a great credit union back when it was First New England. After the change to Finex however, things went very much downhill.

I recently opened an account with them they seemed okay at first but I'm so glad i figured out this is a place where I do not want my money and will not be depositing. This place such a inconvenience they rarely answer and now they're holding funds that's supposed to be available within minutes and the staff is very slow and rude currently looking for a better credit union
