Guaranteed funds overnight, that was not true. Many "mishaps" occurred with no customer service or concern for person responsible for the money in thier paychecks. Even the manager was not helpful. Once the agent has made thier commission off of you, they are done. But they won't hestitate to call you 3 times in one day on the first day your payment is due. This business needs a definite overhaul on how to give even nediocre customer service. Would much rather deal with the Englewood location in the future. Highly disappointed with how I was treated the entire process, and when their bank so oddly didn't work with my bank to ensure I received my funds immediately as promised. When your done giving them 5 years of payments, and signed on the dotted line, they could care less about you as a customer or human in general.

I have worked with Denise twice now and each time she has been absolutely wonderful. She was very communicative and made the entire process easy. I didn't feel like she was trying to over sell me even once and she made a point to make me feel like I wasn't just another customer.
The only reason I put four stars was the lack of communication with the lender I was going to use prior to requesting Denise.

I was approved online and I had to contact their office in Centennial CO. The lady working there was rude, in less than 1 minute she decided that she will deny my application. She sounded like she had no desire to even try to work with me

Said I got pre approved for a loan.And made an appointment time lady never called me I had to call them.She was so rude!! Not helpful at all!!got all upset because I didn't know the mileage to my car!!so I ended calling back on Monday because I made the appointment for Friday so I thought an email she just wanted to go home! Nope called back and she still was really rude! I think at a place that deals with customers they should at least have people that have good customer service skills especially at a loan place. So I decided to go elsewhere and I got better help with more money than I asked for the people were so nice and so helpful. I recommend if you need a loan take your time and look don't just pop and get the first one that pops up because it's not always great

I set up an appointment 4 times. They never called during the scheduled time. When I called them twice, one of the times “she was on lunch” at 4:30 and the other time they were helping someone else. Again all these appointments I scheduled ahead of time. I’ve applied for a loan with them before. Last time I didn’t have enough credit history so they wanted to refinance my vehicle at 32 percent. Present day, my credit history is excellent with 100% on time payment. With no reason they still wanted my car as collateral. This place is a scam and can’t even get in contact with during your scheduled time. The whole point of my loan was to pay off my credit card and eliminate all the interest. But then want to collect on the interest of my car. Place is a joke
Response to business reply- no info was taken on my vehicle to even value anything, I make above the average salary in Colorado and as I stated my credit history is excellent. Y’all want to scam anyone you can. I understand. That’s business and that’s how you make your money. As if the interest in the loan isn’t enough
And no acknowledgment to the lack of organization from Giselle on getting with clients on schedule 4 different times? Ok
32% interest on my new car, say 5 years at the least because I just got it. That’s around 6,000 in interest on top of the interest of the loan which I only asked for 4,000. You would bank on at least 8,200.00 for a 4,000 dollar loan. I’ve gotten loans before. This place is wild.

Funny how these companies, once they have your phone number, call frequently, and can get pushy fast. They told me to make an appointment with Roger, then Tiffany called again, without listening to the message I left her about my appointment with Roger, and it was like I had done something wrong. They seemed disorganized by this point.
So I get a zoom link for the 10:30 appt with Roger, and sign in. At 10:40, he still hasn’t joined, so I call. Girl who answers says he could be anywhere. I got short with her because she had to get my name and number, when all Roger had to do was call his 10:30, right?
Roger calls. His voice was shaking. He began by saying that he was going to “try to be as nice as possible” but he had a family emergency this morning and he isn’t even my rep, Tiffany is, and a few other excuses that were too overused to remember, then asked if I was available to schedule with Tiffany tomorrow, which I agreed to do at the time. Set a new appointment, and he slammed the phone back down. It was recorded, and it was really pathetically funny the 2nd and third times.
Poor Roger!
Needless to say, professionalism is not what these people are hired for, nor is it needed when you know that you have a captive clientele.
Special shout out to Roger. After your call, I called my bank on the off chance that they could help. They said to come by and see, and it turns out that my situation was not as dire or unusual as I thought. They will give me the appropriate loan for my situation.
I recommend that you always talk to your bank before assuming that they can’t or won’t help you. Predatory lenders are just that. Predators.
