Overall associates were pleasant & helpful - when you could reach them. Over the course of my loan, I'd rarely been able to reach anyone at the office by phone. I'd had issues with automated payments being debited. The last payment hadn't been pulled out automatically as it should've been as well, only to have been called because it was late & told the final payment doesn't automatically debit; And that additional interest had been added on due to the lack of notification of the payment needing to be called in/paid online.
The whole thing helped in a pinch - but was difficult to deal with, and I won't be a return customer.

So as someone who asks a lot of questions and try’s my best to be made aware + well notified of everything I do the process to get a loan at this place is not well communicated nor do people try to help you as they say.
We were told what we needed and asked as many questions to make sure we can do everything as smoothly as possible. When we arrive they tell us we need additional documents on top of what we provided and we got a little upset as this was not told or we were made aware of the situation, so we complied and went and got the documents that were requested, no one properly communicated that it needed to be paper and well we were screwed because all the gas wasted running around the city when we just decided not to move forward with our loan due to terrible service and poor communication

They are liars beware. I have a 660 credit score and this company claims they work with bad credit they do a hard inquiry and then tell you it's not really based on credit. Well I have 6 accounts all in good standing and half of the I've had over a year. They just want your info to sell it to others and now I'm getting all kinds of spam from other loans offers claiming the same that they work with bad credit. Well I have fair credit and make good money and didn't get approved, they are just lairs.

I want to first express this review is with my experience with Lendmark in Thornton. Even more specific their representative Edwin. What a mess of an experience it was with him. Inconsistent, unprofessional, untrustworthy and extremely condescending.
For starters. the Fort Collins Branch have always been professional Consistent and why i even went back as a return customer. My experience with Fort Collins branch has always been great. I Have been in the Car sales industry and have sent customers and myself to the Fort Collins branch through our dealership. No problem
Here’s my experience with Thornton branch and Edwin. As a return customer i felt Edwin is Unprofessional, non caring, inconsistent condescending. After having to do my own follow up and follow up again and again with him it became increasingly apparent I wasn’t going to get a loan or a call back from him so i called Fort Collins and told them out my frustration with Edwin and Thornton branch Luckily Macy, who works at Fort Collins branch happened to be at the Thornton location last week and directed me to Tina the manager. It seemed like things were finally getting done. Tina was helpful. Within a day she had things back on track. So i thought.After Tina takes to me about the approval and she gave me the interest rate and my payment plan she handed my deal back to Edwin. He called and obviously had no clue what the new terms and quoting me an old deal making it seem like he knew but clearly didn’t. He had to call me needing much of the same info I had already sent a couple times. Like get your business together before calling a customer. I kept thinking how brain damaging this would be if i were someone who didn’t know the loan procedure. The day before the signing Edwin called several times to assure me the paper work was ready and the time was set for me to sign in Fort Collins. Yet, He also was still needing more of the same income info that I had sent twice before and claimed it had been lost? or shredded? That was unsettling. That’s my income info.
So feeling unsettled and my intuition told me Edwin was not being forthright with me yet again, I called Fort Collins to confirm. They knew nothing of me signing there. Here’s another kicker, I was quoted an interest rate that was 2% more on day of signing. No reason as to why it changed over night after the manager quoted me my terms. No one could explain it.
When I arrived to sign i waited in nice sunny parking lot to go in. . After about 15 minutes past my appointment time and sitting in car sweating i called and asked what was up. Fort Collins branch said my appointment was not for another had an hour. And they were waiting on Thornton to send over paper work. That is not what Edwin told me the day before. Edwin confirmed the appointment 3 times yesterday with me knowing i had to be at work on time. When I called him to tell him I had been sitting out in sun waiting and he actually laughed and thought that was funny some how. How condescending is that? My biggest concern and upset when he was finding this so humorous was is this how he and Lendmark are treating the customers We have sent them the past years? This is Exactly why I am writing this review. It hit home how I was treated as a customer. After that ordeal, I called Thornton to speak to the manager after and was put on hold and left there. Classy Thornton. Real classy.
I will not be recommending Thornton Lendmark Financial to anyone personally or through business. you lost a loyal customer today.

These folks are well-trained and they went above and beyond to get me into the car that I wanted and have provided excellent support for transitioning from CO to MA. I could not ask for better customer service. If you have a problem with refinancing through them then I suggest that you purchase a car that you can afford to pay on through the life of the loan that YOU SIGNED FOR. Thanks again for all the help, Tina!

They will never get you a loan without super good credit or a co signer OneMain is a better option than this place by far atleast my 680 there got me 5000 to help with my bills
