I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. I tried opening an account online and they required a deposit of$100 to start the account so i used my Netspend card and transfered the funds. After they took the money, the next day they denied my account but never returned my money. I have talked to multiple people online and at the local branch and they are giving me the runaround. First they said it takes 7 to 10 days so i called again today, on the 10th day now they say 7 to 14 days. They are a joke and will never even try them again even after i get my money. They are a bunch of thieves. I am still trying to get my money back. I tried calling them today and they transfered me three times and the third time they never came back to the phone.
So i received a phone call from TBK bank because of my review. The lady i spoke to kept talking in circles. Repeating herself about the 7 to 10 days i have to wait. And i said they said 7 to 10 days then this morning the person i talked to said 7 to 14 days. She went silent for about 15 seconds then she came back and repeated herself again.
These people at TBK bank don't act like they know what they are doing. Very poor customer service

Seriously lacking in the customer service department. Staff spends more time gossiping and judging customers than behaving like ethical bankers. I witnessed them treat someone very poorly today. But alot of people in Sterling behave the same way. I am glad I do not live there.

Very in unfriendly very poor and service. Went to settle my Aunts account I was treated very rudely. I will never bank with this bank they are a poor example of customer service.and they say they were sorry my Aunt had passed away. .

Highly do not recommend this bank. Very unprofessional and not willing to help. I’ve had two experiences where money has been taken out of my account and they tell me “it’s a processing transaction” when I in fact know there isn’t due to communicating with others. They are never on the same page I called twice today on money missing from my account one rep told me “you’ll see the money tomorrow by 5” another told me “you’ll see it by midnight” however none of them were willing to help. Terrible terrible bank please go else where and save yourself the aggravation, time and money! This is specifically about the sterling branch
