Cullen, an employee of this location, deserves a promotion/raise and all of the praise! He recently stopped a stolen check from being cashed and I couldn't be more appreciative of him. Thank you!

I called the Englewood location and the lady I talk to you over there was a very nice friendly understanding told me to send a customer her way the customer wanted to go to a location closer to her so I called the Lakewood location talk to George George was really nice when I talk to him I sent the lady over there about an hour or so later somebody call me back from that location and told me to never send somebody like that over there again and that that check was unacceptable and I hung up on him because I do the same type of work he does and that just irritated me because it’s like he doesn’t want any business. I do understand that the customer I sent over wasn’t all there but don’t ever call me back telling me not to send customers too him that’s very unprofessional! It’s your job to help ppl not matter how they act.

Just went into this place after speaking on the phone with an employee about cashing a $1200 check that over the phone they had no problem doing, after a 45 min to 1 hour wait for filling out all the forms for them to tell me they can’t cash it because they haven’t gotten in touch with the person to verify the check, then as soon as I left the person called me and told me the check was verified and they just called my phone to see if my number worked and I haven’t reviewed anything yet because they close in 1 hour. I will never come to this place again or recommend it to anyone in my entire life time. Very unprofessional

If I could give a 100 star review I would! This company was literally a life saver when I was in a blind financially. I didn't know where to turn. A friend recommended Moneytree but specifically, Kristina (spelling?) G., because she helped him out months ago. Nothing but good things to say. My family is more secure today because of her and her service!

I love this place all employees are nice and friendly. Even when they can't help you they are still very professional. I recommend this place 100 times over the other loan places. Thank you money Tree Team.

I have been a customer here for a long time. Typically, they have been very helpful on the installment loan side. I went in to cash a check that was issued by a business to me. The main problem I had with them is that over the phone, I was quoted a 2.99% fee, the sign on the wall at their location said 5.99% fee and the person helping me told me 9.99% fee. BUYER BEWARE! On top of that fiasco, they ended up not cashing the check. The check was business printed (not hand written) with two signatures. It was from a business that they had cashed checks from in the last 90 days (the cashier said this). So because they couldn't verify with a phone call at 5:30pm on a Saturday, they started asking all kinds of questions. Questions that, speaking plainly, were none of their business to ask. I will most likely be pulling my business from them as soon as I can pay off my current loan. As I said: BUYER BEWARE!
