Tellers are sometimes stoic but not the person who helped me open my account.They’ve been extra helpful with some problems Ive had at home with my checking account. Kudos Erica and team!

Have been a member for over 20 years, used to love banking here. About 8-9 years ago there was a management shakeup. Most of the long time employees left, since then almost any competent person leaves as well. Rude, poorly trained, tellers has been my experience last few months.
Edited after 8 months. Time to close account, since they issued chip cards has been nothing but trouble. Had two accounts, card stopped working on first account so transferred all to 2nd accou t and closed the first. (Maybe a month ago? In 2021) Now card is being refused at atm again, would not even allow me to check balance. Run far and fast, used to be good but now a train wreck.

This is a TERRIBLE experience! I left our ATM card in the ATM, & they will not return it to me and are preventing us from EATING for the whole weekend, until my husband can come down and pick it up because My name is not on it. This is not the policy at other Banks! This is a strange time, and I am the ONLY ONE asking about THAT card and they're withholding our money and not letting us live this weekend! Basically they're going to just leave the card in an empty room for over 80 hours while we starve. Skip this bank, go to a real bank, with no haters.

The worst loan company in santa cruz county. If there was 0 stars i’d put 0 stars. Horrible, whoever manages the Watsonville branch should transferred to McDonalds or something at his/her level because this is definitely not it.

Giving it 5 starts just so it can be at the top but rest assure it's 0 starts if I could . This bank makes everything complicated. They have no respect for their customers, the representatives have stank attitudes and are very unhelpful. We get into situations sometimes where our hands out tied and they have no remorse. They lied about sending me a final notice which I have no received and spent the better half of my day being transfered from operator to operator cause nobody had the tools to help me with my issue but I kept being assured the next representative could assist me. The collections department is beyond rude, they wouldn't want to be spoken to in such a manner and should keep it respectful. I can't wait for my loan to be done with this bank I will NEVER use them again. I recommend using someone else mind you I stay on top of all my stuff this is my first time in this predicament & I've been with them for 3 years however the service is always terrible. I've only had 2 good interactions and that was with people who were hired less than 6 months ago.

The bank has ruined my 3 day weekend I needed to make expenses and spend time with my family and couldn’t withdraw my money! bc either the card not working or the ATM could not withdraw. Unfortunately its not the first time. Ive been a member for a long time but lately I’ve had issues w withdrawing my money. I think its time to consider in looking for another bank that is more reliable and won’t be waiting until they re open for the next business day.
