Worst customer service on the phone. The service member on the phone was not helpful and when a simple request of confirmation or proof of service, she said they do not provide email nor would something be mailed. This is a simple act of business that every liable company offers. Especially when it involves them getting a pay off of a $50k loan in one lump sum. Very happy to moving to a professional bank and away from Sierra Central. Branch employees in person have always been fine. Biggest issues are with phone service members and their interest rates and account fees are a joke , and the fact you can’t pay your loan pmt in person.!

While the local branch in Susanville has been friendly, my overall experience with their online/phone customer service has been awful at best. Their online system is difficult to use, is often down, and never has the information available that customer service tells you to look up online!!! Better off taking your business to US Bank or anywhere else!!! I'm DONE!

Horrible customer service especially with Stephanie she's so rude I do not recommend this company at all. You're safe with going somewhere else! I've had nothing but problems on going continuously.
