Place went downhill fast. They can’t keep any regular staff, lines always out of the door, the direct deposit takes about 3 days every month to show in the account after my employer has sent it. I’d avoid this place and go to one of the many other banks in the area

Terrible bank. My card has been hacked twice, staff is rude and the bank is general is the worst bank I’ve ever worked with. Wells Fargo is a much better option and they’re just across the parking lot.
Once I got locked out of my bank account due to an app update. The phone customer service told me it was an in store issue and refused to help and when I went into the store I was told it was an online issue and they refused to help.
I didn’t have access to my own money for several days.

This bank closes for lunch!! Seriously.
This bank does not value their customers.
I have been with Umpqua Bank for 16 years and have been very satisfied, but recently I have become quite dissatisfied due to the rudeness and lack of custom service.
Closing my account and going across the parking lot to Wells Fargo.

Bank used to be customer friendly but the hours and times makes it more unfriendly then the past. Closes for lunch and is open between 10 am to 4 pm. Just poor service to customers.

The bank charged a fee against my home loan back in 2018 that I strongly disagreed with. But I paid it after rude argument with them. Now that they sold my home loan, their double charging for that fee again with the new loan company. It's only $47 but on principle of integrity, I'm disputing it. The branch manager said that he remembers the incident, but since the loan is sold there is nothing he can do about it, also bad integrity and service. No wonder why their reviews are only a 1 on yelp and Google reviews. I highly do not recommend this bank, maybe that's why their sold now. Hopefully the company that purchased them terminates the management and employees with no integrity and replaces them with friendly integral staff.

The staff and bank manager are incredibly rude, super resistant to being helpful, and just overall negative. I love umpqua bank, I've been a customer for 14 years and today I closed my account because this is the only local branch. I called corporate to ask about options for closing my account and was told a cashier check fee would be wave if I went in person. Even that was a fight.
Go literally anywhere else, these people act like they are doing you a favor and are super busy even when it's empty 😒.
