A complete nightmare. Our loan was approved right away. Then…delay after delay after delay. Replies to emails are painfully slow and are filled with industry acronyms in such a way as to make them unreadable. No direction or much in the way of assistance.
I finally terminated the loan processing today…AFTER 6 WEEKS OF WAITING! If you’re in absolutely no hurry…are willing to do 100% of the legwork and follow up yourself…might work for you. For me, I was tired of hearing how busy they are. Good Sam should consider another financing arrangement to place their name and reputation on

Zero starts for loan processing. They processing loan applications through bank of west. It’s takes 4 weeks to process. The biggest concern about this financial institution is they don’t communicate with customers at all. Crystalline was our loan officer. No phone calls return and no email either. And We called a few times a day almost every day during these 4 weeks. Some reps just dropped calls. Disgusting! Charging 5.2% of interest and and provide this horrible service just unacceptable. Some of employees don’t understand even which carrier service they sent a check. One told us that they sent a check by Usps and tracking number starts with 1z. At the end of this so called loan processing service they sent a check to seller to wrong address 250 miles from current address of seller. We found that ups just taped a check on the gate. 90k just taped to the gate, not even on porch left or y the door. Seller put big note where to send a check and that note was disregarded. It’s hard to reach supervisor if he/she exist. Never return calls or email. No communication on how loan department proceeding on loan. Someone on Facebook posted that they filed complain with attorney general about exactly the same issues. Hopefully AG will teach them to become more communicable and more clear on loan processing communication.if you have another financial institution go forward with them. Don’t do anything with this finance center and incompetent employees.

Absolute worst lending experience I have ever had!!!! I applied for a loan online, was approved but just needed to get them a few documents. Ok, no problem this will be easy... WRONG! I received an email from Ricky Aubrey with what we needed to send in. We gathered all the documents and faxed them in. Heard nothing, the dealership tried getting ahold of him so they could fill out the manufacturer statement of origin. They contacted me and said they couldn’t get ahold of him. After sitting on hold and threatening to cancel the loan he got on the phone and said he hadn’t received our stuff to now email it to him and he will let us know when he got it. He emailed and said he received it and the dealership sent him the document they had... then silence yet again. We were driving 16 hours to get our camper so we needed to make sure everything was good. We called... nothing. We emailed... nothing. We asked to talk to a manager... they can’t even call you back. Finally we had enough and canceled our loan for a slightly higher rate but at least we can communicate with our new lender. I will never try Good Sam for anything ever again. I am tempted to cancel my Good Sam road side membership because if this is how they conduct business I want NOTHING to do with them.

They do not answer nor do they reach back out to you in a reasonable amount of time. This has got to be one of the worst lenders in the finance industry period. Even if you're approved, they don't reach out to you or answer your call. What a business model.

There are a lot of bad reviews on here, and I know why. They are terrible about answering calls and returning voicemails. However, our quoted rate was so very much lower than even our credit union that we decided to stick with them, and it was worth it. I could never get our loan officer, Rick Aubrey on the phone, so I finally called the general 800 number for Good Sam and asked for him. He was very friendly and helpful when I finally got to speak to him. I also found that he is much better about returning emails than phone calls. Once I got the ball rolling with them we closed very quickly on an RV that we were purchasing from an individual in another state. They funded the loan the day they received our signed papers. I said all that to say, don’t give up on them because of their initial service. It’s not worth paying a higher interest rate just to get someone else on the phone easier.

RUN, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE. My husband and I began the process of securing a loan from these people THREE BLESSED MONTHS AGO, and it still is not finished. We've been waiting for the last month on Registration and Titles to be done. Thought everything was complete only to get an email from them today "requesting more information". It has been the most frustrating and agonizing experience we've ever had. I can't believe that as good of an experience we've had over the years with Good Sam Club they would choose to continue to affiliate with such low lifes as these.

Began the nightmare with these people on March 3rd. Since then there have been 4 distinct periods of prolonged silence where you delude yourself into thinking that maybe they've gotten everything they need. Since they don't trust you to tag and title it yourself, been waiting 1 and a half months to even get my rig registered and titled. Finally heard back today, "oh, we need another document ". DO NOT EVER CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. If possible I'd give a negative star rating they have been that bad
