Ana who works as a window teller or clerk is the worst in customer service. She is trying all her best to give customers a hard time to make the transaction as hard as possible. I once went there to complete a Western Union transaction but she refused to complete it and she gave me a hard time. I then went to another Money Tree location and they completed the transaction immediately without any difficulty or irrelevant questions. Because of this employee called Ana, I decided to never set foot in this location again. She has a bad attitude and poor customer service.

Always fast and less then 1 to 2 mintue wait at most. I goonthly to send money to mexico. Once i send to wrong person and i was done with the process. I told employe i was sorry and he fixed it and started all over no problem.

Well it was just a bad experience all around. I had done a payday loan like 3+ years ago through moneytree and the other day I went there to cash a money order that my Dad had sent from Maine and they tried to take the money that I owe them from the loan out of the money order before cashing it and then on top of that they told me they couldn't cash it because the "purchaser's signature" line was not signed by the purchaser's (my Dad) and at that point I was frustrated as he'll so I just walked out...

I went to 7 check cashing places , trying to cash my check and just came across rude , people who would waste 45 minutes of my time just to tell me no. I called this place “the money tree” and was immediately impressed by their customer service over the phone and how informative they were. I was in and out in 10 minutes , cashed almost 5000$ worth of checks , instantaneously AND it was cheaper than any other quote I was given ! This place is awesome; they will continue to get my business and I will recommend it to anyone . Cat was our clerk at the counter and she was very professional and very nice .

I have been using this moneytree for 15 + years for all my banking and it is the best in San Diego always has been I highly recommend this office.

Came to this location to cash a check and had no problems at all. The fact that my check was over 30 days since issued it requires a confirmation check. Making sure that the check hasn't been duplicated or anything fraudulent.. which I had no problem about. Yasmin who helped me was very sweet, patient and quick to get to work on the phone figuring out the details. Before I know it she was counting out money and giving me my receipt. This place is highly recommended by me.

Isabel the front desk lady needs to work on her customer service attitude please. I asked her for help, and she bluntly said she doesn't want to be the one cashing my check when my balance was only-30$ I cash checks over 1500$ everything I come here,
I don't think it's right that Isabel could decide that I should be doing business with the money tree company.. I don't get how someone like a front desk person who may not be working there for long can make such a huge decision that conflicts 10,000+..... Horrible...

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO OSCAR!!!! I received a call (thank GOD I answer random numbers) from Oscar over at the Money Tree in regards to a sorry excuse sleazeball of a human trying to cash my check!
Initially, I was weary to confirm any details over the phone but Oscar was courteous and patient with me. It turns out, this imposter thief STOLE my check that was supposed to be for my RENT and tried to cash it for his own self!
I am so disgusted by the people in this world today but it gives me HOPE that humans like Oscar exist. I cannot express my eternal gratitude for the stress that he has saved me from. Oscar you're a ROCKSTAR!
