The account fees are reasonable. I recommend reconciling your statements every month AND getting receipts to reconcile. The online statement is chaotic and needs to be better organized. Recently I was charged for insufficient funds which was an error. Also the Staff apparently is instructed to make small talk with the customers which prolongs the wait time.

Coast Central Credit Union is a shining example of a local business doing good in the community. They consistently provide outstanding customer service, they are very active members of many of the local chambers and local service organizations, it's hard to find a local event or fundraiser that CCCU is not supporting. We are very fortunate to be a part of the community that CCCU serves.

I’ve been with Coast Central Credit Union since I was a child. This bank is friendly and affordable compared to major banks. I generally always have a pleasant time and never have issues with how they manage this bank. The online banking app has had some minor issues in the past, but they are actively improving and updating this feature.

Went in yesterday to add a checkings account. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait, not unreasonable and we were fine with waiting. After about 5 minutes of listening to 2 ladies talk about their day, one came to inform me it might be best to go to Arcata, Guintolli , or even Eureka to get the help I need because the wait was too long. This made us feel singled out. Why send us down the road to get a checkings account when it would've been the same amount of drive time as the wait time. As I stated waiting wasn't the issue. It was the way the ladys made us feel. This was at 3 in the afternoon, no huge line at the door. So obviously we were an inconvenience to them.. We have both banked with Coast Central for years thru the Crescent City Branch. And have always had great treatment from them. We expected the same treatment and courtesy from all Branches.

I couldn't ask for more. First a hassle free home loan, then another home loan for a business investment; now help with my plans to retire and invest a 401k in a mutual fund. Many of the people at my local branch have become good friends and everyone is always helpful. Good people always willing to go the extra mile to make your banking as stress free as possible. I've been a very satisfied customer for 30 years.

The lines have been so long ech time I've gone inside the branch over the last several months. After long wait times during my previous trips to the bank, I decided to use my phone's stopwatch to see how long the wait in line would be. It took 17 minutes from the time I walked in the door and got in line until I reached the front counter.
