Spoke to a clerk on the phone who said the charge was 2% for a government check.
So I Ubered there and then 2 other clerks are there and say they want to charge me 6%.
This seems to happen at most of the places. I dont see how these
Knuckleheads even stay in business. I saw all these positive reviews but now I'm wondering if they just created fake accounts amd wrote fake reviews

Rebecca at the Sepulveda location is the best customer service representative I've had service with. She's really good as she is patient and understanding.

Well Simone was Very Good w/ her customer service, and explained all the details with the loan that I got. Very quick & In a timely manner . Speedy Cash should have more tellers like her. She makes me want to come back!

I’ve had absolutely no problems with the store locations whatsoever. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do have an issue with the online service. I applied for a loan online a while back and only got as far as reading the terms of my contract. I was still on the fence if I needed the loan at that time so I didn’t move forward. The next day I see that I was given the amount of the loan in my checking account and called and said I need this reversed. I didn’t agree to accepting the loan. They were nice about it and withdrew the loan from my account and only said next time you would have to apply for the loan in person. I did so and made a new account and paid back the loan. Once I needed a payday loan again I tried doing it online. It wouldn’t let me access my account nor create a new one. I called and they told me I didn’t have access to online services indefinitely. I was never made aware this was a permanent status on my account. I live 15 miles away from the nearest location with the car so having the online service would be helpful. I figured since I’ve paid back multiple loans I would have good standing with speedy cash but this is not the case when I asked about it a third time and the call rep was not very helpful and acted like she didn’t care.
