I've had several accounts and loans here over the last 15+ years. They really worked with me to find the best loan deal and have had good customer service and support. There has been a few issues with deposits going into the wrong account or a new staff member messing something up, but the errors were always corrected and their staff worked with me to figure it out.

Don’t do your business here. They will charge you for anything any step of the way. Extra debit card fees every time you use it. Monthly fees if you aren’t paying attention. Can’t be used the second you step foot out of the US. They have extremely poor documentation and will charge you a monthly fee for every old statement that they have to round up for you (because they do not have any streamlined system in place). Low interest rates on savings. Poor online banking interface. Overcharge for special accounts ($11k baseline fee for a cannabis account). Very unprofessional in general.
I would have left money in their longer but whats the point?

Absolutely awful, I’m personally taking my business elsewhere very soon. You can’t even pay your Auto loan online with them. It’s all done via “transfers” or in person….. TERRIBLE web interface to manage the account. Take your money elsewhere. If you’re buying a car from any dealership and they recommend this place say absolutely not. You don’t want the headache of this place. They are in no way equipped to handle real business.

Far better service when they were CCUSH and local. Charging $10 to pay using your debit card and not having an online bill pay outside of moving around accounts for a loan is beyond ridiculous. Vocality must set up a way to make vehicle loans a quick and easy single pay on their website instead of adding 10 bucks.

They used to be ok. Not sure what happened. Countless problems this year alone. Will be closing my account once my stimulus clears. They failed to deposit $100 out of a $400 deposit recently. If I hadn't paid attention they'd have stolen a quarter of my deposit when I'm living check to check. Already moving over to Umpqua. I hope they shut down so no one else has to be let down time and time again.

Vocality could be a better place to do business but there loan agents are rude an disrespectful worked with Jose aldofe and he violated my rights and threatened and harassed me an even when I paid two different loans in their bank. Do not recommend
