The store employee who I delt with was very irritated from the start with having to process my very basic and simple run of the mill transaction to receive money that had been sent to me from out of state, I still tried to be paitent and understanding thinking that maybe she was having an off day. She offered zero assistance couldn't answer any of my customer service questions and let me complete the entire info process required to receive money with Money gram and then said "wait your not receiving alot of money are you?", "Because we dont have enough money for something like that and we won't have enough for at least a few hours" I was only picking up 200$ and it's was 11:30 am and well into the business day but when I explained it was only 200 she laughed and said thats what she meant by "alot" and that she wouldn't be able to help me for 4 or 5 hours because they "didn't have the cash yet". Very unpleasant experience and very unprofessional
