They take forever to process checks and once you are done paying for your loan, good luck getting your title mailed to you. Yoi will get it much quicker if you take a flight to whichever location handles your account and pick it up yourself. They almost never pick up the phone, and when they do if they put you in hold, that's it, you will stay on hold until you hang up. Other than that decent company

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Georgia location particularly Ms. Johnson is the most demeaning and rude individual at a company that I have ever interacted with. The location in California was much more pleasant and easy to work with. I’m glad are account is paid and we no longer have to deal with anyone in the Georgia location especially Ms. Johnson who apparently acts as if she has the utmost power in her little mission financial bubble.

Absolutely do not go with her for anyting. They are thieves and they lie to your face. Bring an attorney with you to explain the contract because what they tell you is absolutely not true. You will get a better interest rate from a loan shark

We applied June 19th I hadn't heard anything no one returned my phone calls. I called customer service and they said You were approved in June no one notified you! No talked with Ms. Banks in Georgia office and here it is the end of August and we have not received funding. They don't return phone calls in a timely manner. Each time I talk to Elizabeth Banks she changes her story. I can't work because my truck is in the shop and Kenworth wants their money and yet again she's giving me a BS excuse as to why we haven't received any money. Im beginning to think this was a BAD DECISION!

Just a bit annoyed. MFS asked me to overnight documents to them, which I did and it cost $60. When it came time to find the loan and pay the repairs, the refused to pay a $60 wire fee to the repair company. "Rules for thee but not for me". Just bad business.

Worst mistake of my life getting a loan from these people. They dont care. Thos freight climate is worst in history and if you lien you equipment. You will loose it. You have been warned. I hope a earthquake hits them directly
