Had to call for assist with applying online. I was confused and not getting anywhere on my own. Spoke with Traci in Chico, CA location. She was my angel. Very kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. I was only able to complete app because of Traci's help. She is an asset to your organization. I can continue to be an Adv Am customer because of Traci.

Not only is the staff here completely friendly and makes you feel comfortable, the office is clean and welcoming, a lot of natural lighting and the atmosphere itself is just one that makes you feel calm and relaxed. I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know for sure.
