The Brentwood branch is fantastic. Specifically Samantha. She is always friendly and professional. She recently assisted me with some issues with my debit card, and she was incredible. She possesses outstanding customer service skills. What a great employee you have there!

Patelco as a credit union is great. The Brentwood branch is okay, customer service seems to be hit or miss depending on which teller you speak with. Lines are slow moving most days too unfortunately.
ATM is ALWAYS broken, making the wait time significantly worse. Shouldn't take me more than 2 minutes to pull cash from my account, but here we are waiting in line writing this review instead.
Seriously, please replace the ATM though. That alone would be 5 star worthy.

Staff is always Friendly and helpful. They offer services that are available if needed. Especially during this uncertain time (pandemic), I feel Patelco has been extra caring.

This place is the CHEERS of Credit Unions. Everyone knows your name and they're always glad you came (or at least they do an excellent job of faking it) When I walk in, I am greeted.. I get to tell my cleanest dirty jokes, they ask about my so-called life, my kid, the nasty landlords. It's like a bar without alcohol. They make being broke FUN. Hugs to all my Patelco folks, seems like I have been with them forever. (PS: WARNING!

The lady was so rude I had only asked to see if they had cash a cashiers check and asked me if i was a member I was immediately recommended to go to original bank on check. First off that's why I asking to see if they cashed it because im not local to the bank. Irritating customer service.

Saturday 8/19/23, I walked into the Brentwood Branch at 10:45 and there was no one waiting for help with loan, however 2 people were being helped with accounts. I was approached by the Manager Shayan at 11:15am and was told to come back at 12pm. I left and came back at 11:50 am. I was told by Shayan that he will help me as soon as he is done with the customer he was helping. At around 12:05 he was done with his customer and another banker was done with her customer. At this time Shayan told me that he will get someone else to help me and him and his coworker proceeded to help 2 other customers, one whom I overheard say she was waiting for 40 minutes. At 12:28 pm no one was coming to help me with a loan and I had enough. I got up and told Shayan as I was walking out that I am leaving and that his customer service is terrible and he was to help me but instead took the other customers whom where there well after me. I had 2 prior auto loans paid off with Patelco and am considering closing my accounts because of this experience.

Had a bad experience this morning. A person bypassed the line went right up to front (5 customers in line) and demanded service as soon as she sat in her chair her daughter (baby) placed for her. The teller immediately served her without hesitation. It was rude and obnoxious and it would definitely been a different situation if I had behaved the same way. I would have been told to wait my turn!!! Patelco, shame on you!!!!
