This bank has friendly customer service workers. They take care of their customers quite quickly.

I had to drive from Tucson to Blythe to handle some California banking issues and I was helped by Laci Miller, who was professional, patient, kind and amazingly helpful. She helped me prepare for our meeting, told me what I could expect when arriving and treated me like a long time customer the entire time. I found her staff to be as friendly and polite as she is and it's obvious to me that they care about their customers. I was there on a Friday afternoon, so things got busy, and Laci made sure that every customer was greeted and assisted as quickly as possible. Laci helped me out during a very difficult time in my life, which I will not forget. Great experience!!!

Tellers and manager are all very nice! No issues with the service it’s self but they need help, and they need it bad... the “express” drive through takes 30/45 minutes wait time with one to 2 cars in each lane.. very frustrating when I go inside and see 2 to 3 tellers only while one is working the drive through AND the inside stand as well. GIVE THEM HELP!

All the tellers are very nice, but this drive thru only has gotten wayyyyy outta hand, everytime I go the drive thru line is out in the street and you wait more then an hour for it to finally be your turn.......What is going on Union Bank, appreciate your employees and give them help. Hang in there tellers your doing great and we know its not your fault.

I sit in the drive through for more than 30 minutes, this is not good business. It's 100° degree outside, the bank closed the lobby and you can only enter by appointments only.this has been going on since March 20th 2020.
