Pretty good overall. Just wish they were a bit more friendly towards customers. After all, customers are the base of a banking firm.

Angela in service was awesome - handled both recurring and one time transfers with exemplary communication and response time.
I have been a customer for many years and have had good service from both the loan department and the checking/savings transaction team.

I am a business owner and have had several employees over the years. I am usually very patient however, the young lady currently working the drive thru is obviously in a bad mood or having a bad day. She was not nice and her body language/behavior toward people was making it worse. I hope she has better days in her future or perhaps a career change.

Excellent people and service. Many of the employees support our community and Randy Torres will often cook burgers or hot dogs for some of our local charities and he always does it with the greatest smile and attitude. Great bank and food!

They keep getting me mixed up with somebody els that has a similar name even when I give them my drivers license! One they deposited my whole biweekly paycheck into his account and I didn’t have my money for 4 days!

The Arvest ATM took my ATM and Debit card. The touch screen malfunctioned and wouldn’t enter my touches, so when I tried to hit withdrawal it wouldn’t record withdrawal, and then when it asked “if you need more time?” It wouldn’t record the touch as well. The ATM then kept my card! There is no reason to keep my card! I already correctly put in the PIN number, so it should be set that it’s me, there’s no security issues. These machines should be programmed to spit the card once the sequence has ended and a correct pin was entered!… Also The machines should ALL have the ACTUAL buttons on the side of the choices (which I have seen before!); therefore, you’re not relying on the touchscreen to work properly (which these touchscreens go out or malfunction frequently from experience)… ALSO, If you’re an Arvest bank, and you HAVE an Arvest ATM on your property, for emergencies and for customer satisfaction, SHOULD be able to access those machines and get me that card. It shouldn’t “ONLY be controlled by a 3rd Party”. There are malfunctions that occur from time to time, but to have it setup through programming, or hardware engineering that can keep THOSE malfunctions from happening…THAT is unacceptable.
