After 12 years with Red River I closed my account with them. Their customer service has really went down hill the past 2 years at ALL locations. They seem to be able to find qualified employees that can do simple math. I have had to go in or call about mistakes they make with our account. It's not hard to do. Their employee roll over rate has to be high. Every few weeks it's new people. I like to know who is handling my money and get to know a familiar face. My debit card information has been compromised twice in the last 3 years. Their fraud department didn't even catch one of them and was for a very large amount. The only good thing I can say about them is the loan department which with our last vehicle purchase my interest rate was cheaper though the dealership. I say stick to a bank that knows you.

Had been giving the big green bank our money for over 15 years, couldnt get any type of a loan out of them when we needed it.
Red River gave us a credit starter loan from day 1. Never any trouble with the account.
I will admit the turnover of tellers is bothersome, it prevents you from getting a good relationship going.
Other then that, I am satisfied.

Great Customer Service! There is a nice, hometown feel to this bank. My parents used RR ever since moving to Texarkana in the 70's. Thank you RRFCU for a reliable, reputable bank!

I normally go to Ashdown Red River, but yesterday I went to Nashville. I will Not make that same mistake again. When I first entered the lobby we were greeted. As I approached the teller, the Sista with Locs Loudly and Rudely said "All Red River customers have to pull their mask up and cover their faces!" Although she was rude , we complied. HOWEVER once I was less than 6 feet from her, she proceeded to Pull Down Her Mask and then said " Do you remember me from school?" Smh. Wow. No, I remember you were just Rude less than 5 minutes ago. Lesson learned: stay away from Nashville Red River. 2 thumbs down. -tacky, tacky tacky-
