As much as I love working with Arvest bank, going to get a Withdrawal through drive thru this morning was something that’s never happened before. On my part I accidentally told the lady wearing a flower in her hair, I wanted to deposit instead of withdrawal. She started getting aggressive with her tone telling me “where’s the money??!! You want to deposit???!!! Where’s the money???” Shaking the bottle and aggressively shoving my ID and card in the camera. I said “oh I’m sorry I made a mistake, I meant withdrawal I’m sorry!” And she just cuts the screen and I waited for money to be withdrawn. After she sends me my money I took out, she said “anything else???” And as soon as I said “no that’s all! Thank-“ she cut me off and in a aggressive tone “ok then have a nice day.” That lady was nasty and aggressive it makes me want to switch banks.

In lowell it was great. The bank on new hope rd was horrible today. 3 cars in the stalls and me behind one for 20 minutes. I left and went to lowell. Unacceptable!

Horrific experience.
Was super excited to start the process of buying my first home after saving 20% down on a reasonably priced home. I called at 10:45 A.M. The associate I spoke with, not only came off very rude when she answered. But also decided to get Frustrated and even mad when I asked about First Time buyer loans. She decided to tell me how Arvest doesn't do first time buyer loans in the rudest manner I've seen. Then basically tried to get me to hang up. (This is a recorded call) She asked me if I would like to work with someone else and I politely asked if I could. For her to again get even more angry and said. "My Manager will give me a call soon, since you don't want to work with me."
looking forward to this call which I have not received yet.
Arvest, I love your bank and the people that made me excited everytime I came in with banking Questions. However this was not acceptable in my eyes since. Now my excitement has depleted.

This Arvest branch at Lowell, AR. is the unfriendliest of the branches in this area. I just left there and no smile from the teller and was asked to prove I banked there which has never happened to me at any other branch I visit. The difference is apparent especially after doing business with the bank on Sunset and on Elm Springs Rd. At these two branches they are extremely helpful and very friendly with big smiles and a wonderful attitude. I won't go back to the Lowell location even though it's closer to my house. The difference in comparison of the Lowell location to every other branch is just startling! Understaffed, I watched as customers backed up out of line because the wait was so long. This seems to be a management problem. I hate that this one location brings down the reputation of the locations that excel in customer service. What a pity. I hope they can fix this, until then I go out of my way to avoid the Lowell branch.

**UPDATE**
I called to get my payment history on my loan for insurance reasons. And they sent me SOMEONE ELSES INFORMATION!! Your information is not safe with this bank, I swear I will never deal with this bank again after the insurance takes care of the loan. Highly unprofessional and I'll be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR. Got a loan for a ATV with Arvest and after the ATV was stolen, insurance company was ready with a check and they just needed a "Letter of Guarantee" signed and sent back. After an entire week these folks have lied to me saying it was received and sent in, but the insurance never had it. My insurance even tagged me in the email to them. They have consistently lied to me, and now the paper work is "pending approval" Will never do business with them ever again and I'll be letting the dealership who set me up with them about how they treat their customers. I've never met a bank who didn't want to take money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The wait is not too bad. But it's worth it. The staff is super helpful and work really well as a team. Never met a grumpy face here.

What a mistake. Last year they decided to get away from Coupon book for loans, 2 months ago my account went from paper to paperless. Was in a branch today complaining I dont get statements anymore, the lady called the Mortgage dept, the Mortgage dept said I need to log in and change the options. Could not find the option, called in got another person Who actually cared and changed it for me. We changed insurance company in October, emailed the Mortgage dept asking them not to cut a check in early September. They cut a check for the old insurance company, when I called the Mortgage dept and asked Why, told them about the email, they told me I emailed the wrong dept. So they did not foward the email or even emailed me back saying where to send the email OF COURSE NOT.
They send out statements for our loan, so we can make a payment and mail it to Dallas, the paperwork get here like 4 days before the due date so putting it in the USPS I would get a late fee every month. So I have to waste my time and gas to drive to a branch.
Look for another place

I love this Branch, I actually drive from Pea Ridge if I have some extra banking business.
This Branch is very nice and they go out of their way to help me. They remind me of the old hometown Bank I remember as a kid.
I hope all of the employees in this branch get a "Good Job"👍
