I have always had a pleasant experience with the Tellers at Diamond Bank and most of the staff. I will not be using Diamond Bank ever again after dealing with Loan Officer named Cheri Wingo. Absolutely rude and a huge detriment to your company and any of your customers.

Very bad experience. The head teller at airport branch is very rude, does not know how to treat her coworkers/ customers with respect. She thinks she owns the bank with the kind of attitude she shows everyone. There is a saying “Don't let success go to your head, nor let failure go to your heart.” But apparently she did let it get to her head. Their system is very old, as if they are living in the 80s (their thinking is like that too) all because of that it takes way too long for a customer to get their business done. Don’t open your account here, it will take you forever to get your account open or even get a simple debit card printed. Other banks like OZK, Arvest, regions are way way faster.

You have to have an account to give them cash for a roll of coins. And you have to give them your account information to do a all cash transaction to buy the roll of coins.

This particular branch is horrible. All the other branches are amazing, but something about the people that work here. They forgot to turn in 2 disputes for me on separate occasions, which made me lose money, and they never can help. Just drive to glenwood and see someone that actually knows what they’re doing.
