I use this branch for work purposes and because the personable service I receive each and every time, I decided to open a personal account with Arvest as well. I love that each teller addresses me by my name and they are all so very friendly. At this branch, you are not just a customer, you are a person and they treat you as such. Brooklyn has been the BEST with me since the first day I ever went there. Pamela is also very warm and professional. I love this branch and try to do all my work and personal banking here vs another branch. I enjoy the friendly and personal service I get. Again, Brooklyn and Pam deserve the highest of acknowledgements for the outstanding service they give to all their customers.

One year ago we had a credit card with Arvest. When we closed out the credit card we owed 20 cents, unbeknownst to us because we never got a statement. After the account was closed they charged us a $20.00 late fee for the 20 cents. Then they reported it to Transunion as a delinquent account, which caused a 47 point reduction in my credit score. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? It’s no wonder I still bank bank at Communication Federal in Tulsa. If I have an overdraft, they simply transfer the amount out of my $2000 Personal Line of Credit and charge me 2 bucks. They reimburse me for ALL ATM fees, and there are no monthly fees. But I called Arvest this morning and am expecting a call back this afternoon. I will be fair. If the resolution is to my advantage, I will post again. If not, it’s going on Next Door, and I will contact the appropriate federal agency.

Heather, Jan and Steve are great. They have helped me through the years with many different situations. And Heather and Steve have given me great advice to protect myself/business. Glad they are at this location. Steve always offers to come to my truck to help me. Seems small, but it’s big to me. I struggle to wear a mask with asthma and breathing/respiratory/sinus surgeries. So it means a lot to me. Thank you Steve. They are always a call away and willing to help. Good hard working people who go above and beyond to help myself and others. (And sense of humor which I enjoy. :) I recommend the three of them if you need assistance. Between the three, they can handle any situation you bring to them. I’m hoping to work more with Jan in the future getting customers vehicle loans.
Sorry for the glitch/mistake.?. Please see email. I don’t have a answer of what transpired, makes no sense.

A lot of warm welcomes and outreaches which were quite thoughtful. We experienced only one communication bump with online banking registration/signup that resuled in monthly fees that were ultimately stopped. Otherwise this branch is a true delight with which to deal: friendly, courteous, efficient and earning our trust after 36 years with a federal credit union.
