I deposited cash at your outside banking facility. I never SAW a live human and it took her more than 5 minutes to take a cash deposit where I had filled in all the info on a personalized deposit slip. When I asked if there was a problem, she said she had been helping others. There were 3 cars in the lot with me and all 3 took that long.
Poor service in my experience with banking. I want to see someone and hear what they are doing.

The people entering my vin# put it in wrong causing it to close the deal the next day. I was told that I had to pay the extra 10 dollars for yalls mistake. I went ahead and paid it. I was told by Abby that another female would email me the papers to docu sign that way I wouldnt have to drive due to my back pain. I waited til past noon and didnt get a call or an email. I had to drive back out to the Bryant location to do the papers. When i got there the female said she had to show up late then they had Thanksgiving lunch at work. Im switching all of my banking needs over to yall, and I hope this isnt a sign of things to come. I even asked Abby about making the due date for the 4th of each month. The lady doing my paper work said no big deal because i had a 7 day grace period. Abby said there shouldnt be a problem doing the payment due date for the 4 th. Now its set for the 1st of each month which i dont like, because I get paid for my disability on the 3rd of each month. THE lady said they wont due it because it landed on the 45 days. Its just 3 days longer but yall wouldnt do it. The lady also said she would email me some car insurance quotes for this vehicle. That was another lie I was told. I dont know about this situation so far; Ill just have to think about it over the weekend. I guess can you make it right.

The 5 stars is just for my local branch only in Bryant. As far as AFCU, good overall bank. My personal experience and request have been just plan ole ignored. I'm sorry did I even make a request? Yes I did because I was there when I made it.

The credit union does not send out monthly statements for loans We go to the physical building to check on our account. Their accounting practice is not accurate at least for our account. We were told by the teller on numerous visits that our account will be paid off January of 2024 but when we asked for pay off we were informed that it wasn’t paid off and required an additional month of payments. At this point I would rather not make a purchase rather than having AFCU handle the account.
