Never had any problems here. Got my first credit card here. They have an awesome program for first time credit card holders. Amazingly sweet service too.

A very cool bank. Credit unions are supposedly safer because they're owned by their depositors instead of corporation (or something like that). But this place is the most welcoming and comfortable banking establishment I've seen in a long time. Customer service is fabulous-- Perry and Stephanie and Francisco always treat you as if they were waiting for you to come in and just brighten their day.
Their e-banking is user friendly and well developed with all the options you could possibly need. And lastly, the music is actually a pleasure to listen to. Interesting, eclectic mix of country, rock, alternative.

Have been a customer for over 5 years now and get nothing but the best service when I am in there. I have had over 5 loans through Unify and each one was fast, efficient and easy to obtain. I would recommend Unify to anyone looking for a new Credit Union. Thank you Laura and ladies for being great! They are why I bank at Unify!!!

If you're not already banking with Unify, you're missing out on the most robust suite of digital services I've experienced from a financial institution. Very high level of control and visibility through the app or online.
If you have a loan, and it's not through Unify, you must consider refinancing through Unify. The APR they offered me off the street was half that offered by my existing institution of 5+ years.
The most ethical financial institution I've done business with, the best customer service I've experienced from any business, full stop.
There should be a 6* option, I'm a total nut for Unify and I've only been here 2 years.

This is the worst credit union or financial institution ever. 30 dollar fee for debit transactions for courtesy pay. Even if you have canceled or stopped this service. Your card was denied for a transaction. 30 dollar fee. Irregular holds on transactions that never has your actual correct balance allowing your totals to be more then actual available balance that you don't know of because it's a screen you don't have access to. The merger to Unity Credit is all about ripping the customer off. 720 dollars in fees in 12 days when on a cruise from their 30 dollar processing fee. Tort claim needs to be filed on them. . Reporting to BBB.

Employees have always been kind and helpful and my auto loan rate was good at the time I got it. The ATM is absolutely dysfunctional and that is super perturbing. UNIFY, you have billions of dollars; get a new ATM.

HORRIBLE!! For the 3rd time I am sitting almost 30 minutes at a store waiting for this ABSURD credit union to unlock my bank card that THEY locked out because they set a small daily limit on my card and I’m trying to make a transaction that’s more than the amount that they chose to give me. I have over 50 X the amount in my account but can’t use it because of this ridiculous company policy!
And no, they aren’t doing this to protect the customer, they are doing it to protect themselves rather than using a simple two minute call or text to verify amount system like every other bank does!
I have asked them every single time to raise my daily limit and they refuse!
Closing all 5 of our accounts tomorrow!!
