I love the staff. Everyone know me by name and make you feel like a part of the family. I have been a customer for a long time never miss payments and the upper finance department or approval department really set me into disappointment with them. Not talking about my local office whom ever makes the second decision. I can see if I was late every month or never paid. I thought the approval department would consider me a valuable customer out all the years I been an on time paying customer. My local office I applaud them for trying for me to get me more money. My application was sent to someone outside my local office. I say this hard as times are you really don't know how stress and the need of people are. I really needed that $3000.00 and you refused. I cried all the way to the bank. Hurt and disappointed by $1500.00. After I was told I couldn't get the money I needed from upper management I no longer felt like a valuable customer. Thank you my local office for being there for me.

Gabby was amazing at the Hoover branch. She was so easy to talk to and kept me updated on every part of my loan. She called back very quickly and got me the money I needed. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She was very helpful and comes highly recommended. Awesome customer service!!!!

Getting money can be like teeth getting pulled. This place wasn't like that at all. I gave them the paperwork they needed and they gave me what I needed. Friendly as well which is an added bonus.
