Your old bill pay was/is seriously more user friendly than it's replacement. I have to call your tech support when I make want to make any changes. Far to difficult! The rest of the service is and has been excellent. I've been a member since 1966.

After 21 years of membership and loyalty the service and support has just continued to decline. No longer a member with a name to the face and a relationship banker just an account number. Recently treated like scum for wanting to refi my home with them (they’ve had my mortgage since the beginning). Couldn’t even get close to other banks and offers on a car loan. They Charge fees for everything from counting change to putting dollars in the bank. Yes they charge you to put cash in and take cash out. This institution is not what it once was. Shop around and pick a better bank for you. I am.

Great customer service. The teller went out of his way to be helpful. Tellers are very thoughtful and mindful of their customers. While I was waiting a teller noticed an older gentleman sitting and she went over to him to make sure he wasn't being skipped.

I've had a 4000 dollar credit card with Alaska USA for over 7 years. I'm trying to build my credit and asked for a loan to put into my savings and pay back itself. (credit score 700) they offered me 500 dollars. personally that seems like a gigantic slap to the face insult. I made an account with navy federal who immediately gave me a credit card for 8 grand and approved me for a personal loan for the requested amount of 4 grand. I'm not building credit with a reliable federal credit union. Just because you live in Alaska, does NOT mean you need a local bank account. You'd think 12 years with a bank would mean something.
