We came looking to get an Auto loan and Kristin was able to get one for us despite us having unique circumstances. We were so thankful! p.s. Everyone (all 5 of the staff) we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

I was happy when this branch first opened because I didn't need to travel so far for basic banking needs, but this is BY FAR the worst branch of Visions I have used. The staff, with the exception of one woman, isn't very friendly at all, and they don't seem to either know or follow their "company policies". For rent purposes, I used to go in once a month with two other checks from other tenants, deposit them and get one cashiers check to send off to the management company (it was much easier and straightforward). For 9 months I did this without issue from THE SAME TELLER. The 10th month I came in and she gave me a hard time and told me that she couldn't process it because the checks needed to be written to "cash", she spoke to the manager and they processed it the same day after much back and forth. The 11th month, I came in with the checks written to "cash" to the SAME TELLER who one month prior had told me to do so. She again gives me a hard time and says she can't process it. I begin to get very annoyed, and explained to her what she had told me last month, and assuming it was because her manager was right there, insists that she never told me that (like I just make a habit of making up my own company policies). Again, after much back and forth, she finally processes it and tells me to just have the checks written out to me. The 12th month I go in, and you guessed it! She tells me they can't be processed because they need to be written to "cash". At this point I've had it, kind of loose my patience with her and told her I would not be back in.
Policies are policies and I am willing to abide by them 100% of the time, but maybe the staff either needs a better education of these policies or needs to work in a position where they are not dealing with sums of money that can potentially cause major issues for the customer they are dealing with if they decide to play games as to which policies they will follow and when they feel like it.

This is by far the worst Visions branch i have ever seen. Staff is horrible, paying no attention to customers. Also staff attitude is very poor. Unless it is some emergency, i tend to avoid this building at all costs. Cant trust the "night depository"...there is no locking system, just a flap that allows envelopes to fall on the floor. Could easy be accessed by a long reach tool. I cant believe this building is the way it is, i have been with Visions for as long as i have been able to hold a bank account, and standards here have fallen off the face of the earth.

Took out a car loan with this Branch and everything got messed up. Now we have a pay a fine to the DMV because they told us the wrong info.
