Not impressed with the Montrose PA location. My Husband has originally had an acct in NY and now in PA. We also occasionally use the Tunkhannock location. The Tunkhannock location normally always has their lobby open and is pretty efficient. However the Montrose location constantly has their lobby closed for no apparent reasons or warning. Which is inconvenient when we need to talk to someone to make any changes or anything. We recently went to the Montrose bank their lobby was closed so we got into line it wasn't super long but then we waited for probably 30-45 minutes maybe longer. With fuel being almost 5$ here it's annoying to wait so long with the car on since it's hot. We finally deposited our check. But the reason we decided to go in person this time was because normally when we go in person instead of doing it online it deposits the money instantly. It's now been 3 days later and our money still hasn't gone through which is a long time even if we had done it online. So it was a completely wasted visit. I'm not sure if this location is short staffed but I have seen no signs or advertising online on any job websites for hiring so if they do need help they need better advertising. And maybe put on the website when they have the lobby closed. Since this is the closest location to us it's extremely disappointing having this kind of service.

Worst bank ever. Avoid this bank in Montrose Pa at all costs. Horrible hours and they like to “run their reports” and close 10 minutes early. Their customer service is even worse. I’ll use my pillow case before this bank again.

This bank is great. I’ve had an account with them since I was 18 and I’m 25 now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
