Nice deal going $150 for opening your account and switching your direct deposit. Friendly, helpful staff. Reading these other reviews makes me chuckle, if you don't want overdraft fees don't overdraft your checking account. Also as long as you keep direct deposit they don't charge the $11 monthly fee. They also have a rewards program with their debit card, a nice online bill pay system (also with a rewards program), and are helping me with establishing credit. As with anything, read the terms when you sign up, if you can't use direct deposit or online bill payment it probably isn't the bank for you.

Went to open a checking and savings account. Had to wait a little bit to see the personal banker but that's to be expected when you just walk in! She explained everything in detail so we were 100% aware of what we were signing up for and what the fees would be, what we needed to do to not be charged fees, and explained the optional things in the simplest way so that we understood exactly. Also expedited a check cashing/clearing for us which most places won't bother with! Now today, she just called to thank us and say she enjoyed sitting down with us. It means a lot (even though I'm sure she does it to everyone!) That she took the time out of her day to call and do that. Would definitely recommend this bank to anyone and everyone for sure!!!!!

Tired of all the fees, $11 a month for just having an account. Majority of atms don't fall under fee free. $35 overdraft fee for every transaction even if over by just pennies. Highest interest rates I've seen of all banks, can go to a FDL credit union or verve and get 1-2 percent lower. Basically if you don't want your money taken from you monthly, go somewhere else.

Everything about this bank is a joke. Slowest service. Jump through hoops for the simplest transactions. Stay away.

I'm convinced that it's impossible to get prompt service at this branch. That along with the fact hat it's the only Associated branch in FDL makes this a real chore.
