Avoid banking here. This credit union claims to be a non profit organization but will tack unnecessary fees to your account monthly and do nothing to answer questions or refund your money.

I made a wire transfer to a national business and was asked 4 times where my cash came from. I have been a customer for over 5 years. It also took them a solid 40 minutes to figure out how to do the transfer properly. They cap their mobile deposits at $1500. They will also put a 3 day hold on any mobile deposit amount over $500, even on consistent payroll and printed checks. They will put 3 to 10 day holds on cashier's checks deposited directly into your account. On Google they are advertised as having the drive through open on Saturday at multiple locations but they are not open at all on weekends. The employees are generally pleasant to work with but their general policies are a pain to endure. Overall, I would recommend going to a different bank for your general day to day use banking needs. Their policies are just too inconvenient and cumbersome for the basic customer.

We just got through with getting a loan with Marine Credit Union. Logan there was awesome an super easy to work with. He was able to almost all of the loan over the phone until we got to all the signing. He didnt rush us or make us feel uncomfortable at all. This was all around a great experience and I would recommend going there for your next loan.

Just what you want in a personal banking environment. Only down side is you better get what you need before a weekend if it exceeds ATM amounts. Fast Friendly and courteous! Location beats driving down to Eau Claire when ever I need to deposit or get cash. Glad you are here. I have not done a loan through there yet but my experience at all Marines has been good.
