I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Having a bank in a small town is a treat because they actually get to know you unlike banks in large cities or towns where all your are is an account number. I applied for a loan and Joyce ( now retired) made the process easy and actually enjoyable. It was a treat to go and see her. I highly recommend.

Worst Bank I have ever dealt with constant lies constant debit card problems and we have had our debit card hacked twice in 9 months.
for the last 8 days they have held my entire account hostage due to an attempted purchase on our debit card that turned out to an attempt of fraud we feel like the criminals not the victims STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!!!
Here we are 9 days later still no end in sight.
this bank sucks I should have stayed with Wellsfargo!!!!!!
So to recap my wives debit card # was used for a 1617.00 purchase on the internet to a gaming website on 5-8-15 it is now 5-22-15 and we are still without answers or help we have been informed that we are just out of luck and the money is gone!!!!!! Way to go Frandsen thanks for helping the criminal instead of the customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This bank haves some dumb hours.. a farmer/milker...can't even make it to this bank before they close...so i always have to wait 2 days to put money in this bank
