We have banked here for years. We’ve received two separate loans. The loan lady is very rude and should not have a job there. She is very unprofessional and does not deserve her job. You just lost a very long time customer because of her actions. We will no longer be banking here and are closing our accounts because of her. I am also closing my child’s account. Used to love my bank but now because of the loan lady being so unprofessional we are closing all of our accounts and going else where.

Havnt had any issues so far. Makayla helped me set my account up and helped me unlock my account for mobile banking.

Was forced to open a brand new account because husband died and he was owner of account even though I had rights of survivorship. Then it took a full month to get checks. When they did arrive information was on them I didn’t want, like my cell phone number and my drivers license. No one asked me if I wanted that. Then They refused to cash a $60 third party check for me while I have over$5000 in deposits in their bank and have had for years.

We're so glad to be banking with Community 1st. It's not that they never make mistakes. It's how they deal with them that has touched us on several occasions over the years. This morning they bent farther backwards to make things right than we would have ever expected. We didn't think it was that big of a deal and were going to gladly take up the slack on our own, but they went beyond the call of duty before we could.

I thought they were my crwsit union was treated like I didn't matter because of a loan that I was given and now telling me that I want qualified for said some things to ne which triggered my anxiety no compassion. No sense I'd help.
