Not sure what is the nature of this dysfunctional business. A check cashing store that doesnt let you cash your check. Do they need to verify every single check with the issuer everytime deal with them? First time I went to such place and brought in a legitimate FPL check to cash. They denied to cash my check because It took me a little longer to cash which only 3 weeks past since the day was issued, and there is written on the check that says it's valid for 6 months. Why would they think I'd bring in a check with problem to scam them ? This place is a waste of time.

I had a missed called from amscot, this location and when I said "im sorry I can't speak right now but I will call this number back very soon thank you." I was hung up on. No "oh no worries, thank you have a good day" not even an "OK" just CLICKED ON. VERH VERY RUDE.

Very unprofessional workers. The agent Michelle literally went out of her way to be slow & unproductive, while having a full conversation with her friend instead of helping the other customers at the eindow. It was 11pm at night with 2 customers(besides her friend). Took me 25min to get a money order.

A little slow, friendly staff. I was told I needed cash for my transaction and they wanted me to use their ATM (probably another way to make money off of people)- so keep this in mind if you want to save some $$.

Always go out of my way to come to this amscot location because of Monica (the branch leader). She is very patient and always helps me out with a positive attitude and a smile on her face really makes my day.

Terrible customer service , these people don’t care because it’s not there business these people have no customer service , Hope the owner can read this message , You need to hire better employees, They also made me drive back to location and notary wasn’t there they said he will showed up when ever he wants to and to wait terrible customer service

Very slow to service the customer. There was one person in front of me and 3 employees working. It took the them 10-12 mins to acknowledge that I was even in the store
